This website is operated by AWGCOR LLC ("MyEveryday", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Online store terms

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

We may provide access to third-party tools (for example payment and delivery services). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

If you send us comments, reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, edit and publish it. You are responsible for anything you submit and it must not be unlawful or infringe anyone's rights.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" except as stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyEveryday is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold MyEveryday harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
