Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $49 or more.
- $4.99 flat rate on US orders under $49.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Items tagged "Fast US Shipping" ship from warehouses in the United States and usually arrive in 3–7 business days after processing.
- All other items ship from our international fulfilment partners and usually arrive in 7–15 business days after processing.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. You won't pay extra shipping for that.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We're unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Tracking
Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email and on your order status page. New tracking numbers can take 24–72 hours to show updates.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
