Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express checkout options shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available). Payments are processed securely by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that it may already be on its way to you.
Shipping
How long will delivery take?
Items tagged Fast US Shipping usually arrive in 3–7 business days. Other items usually arrive in 7–15 business days. See Shipping Information for details.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $49, otherwise $4.99 flat.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items ship from the warehouse closest to you that has them in stock, so larger orders sometimes arrive in separate parcels.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. See Returns & Refunds.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to return it in most cases.
Products
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart in the product photos and measure a similar item you already own. Sizes on some fashion items run small, so if you're between sizes, size up.
Do products come with a warranty?
Everything is covered against defects for 30 days from delivery. If something stops working as it should, contact us.
